With the lure of sandy beaches and magnificent weather, Duane Hayden moved down to sunny Florida in 2010. The community, the energy, the people of Florida have become a part of who Duane is.
Success through serving is a core element of Duane’s philosophy, and why he is so passionate about Real Estate. Always picking up the phone, asking the right questions, and fighting to achieve you and your family's goals is what Duane Hayden does, every single day.

A fact that can often be overlooked in the market nowadays, is the simple fact that real estate is a business of the people. You need someone who can get down and understand your deepest desires to find exactly what outcome you want to achieve, and will deliver every time.
In high school, Duane first learned how to get down to the "nuts and bolts" of people when he started his own carpentry business. By regularly exceeding expectations, he turned his carpentry clients into lifelong friends. Graduating from Texas A&M University in 1992, he realized his true calling. Serving others. He then enlisted and proudly served in the Merchant Marines and currently holds a U.S.C.G Captain’s License.
Since moving to Florida, Duane has spent nearly a decade perfecting his real estate craft.

Katie McDermott
Katie McDermott is a licensed Real Estate agent who was born and raised in Miami, FL. After graduating from Westminster Christian High School in Miami, she moved to Tallahassee, FL where she graduated with a business degree in Marketing from Florida State University.
Prior to finding her calling in Real Estate, Katie worked in sales and was the logistics coordinator for a fertilizer company where she had a chance to travel to Russia, Switzerland and several other European countries. Katie’s experience in sales and logistics has served her Real Estate career, allowing her to deeply understand the complex nature of the industry.
As part of Tampa’s Home Team, our first priority is to provide the best service possible to all of our clients with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming, which is why our team guides you every step of the way with our knowledge, expertise, strategic marketing and superb communication.
In her free time, you can find Katie involved in her church, playing tennis, boating, scuba diving, and (in the winter months) snowboarding. Most importantly, Katie loves spending time with her husband, Shawn,and son, Evan.
